International patients unit is the counter of hospital communication with foreign patients from the first contact to receiving treatment and returning home and receiving post-discharged care. The function of the international patient unit includes :

to respond to patients, including telephone communication, via email or virtual networks available and authorized to communicate with the doctor and follow up the treatment

coordination with the medical practitioner of hospital units including clinics, paraclinics, operating rooms and inplination wards, as well as performing necessary coordinations for admission, discharging and financial affairs to facilitate admission, diagnosis, treatment, communication with the patient referrer and follow-up of his treatment after discharging and returning to the country of origin.

estimating the approximate cost of treatment and its transfer to the patient before the trip

relationship with patient referrer and interaction based on valid contract

coordination with the interpreter to communicate with the patient.

preparation and delivery of treatment bills and patient's beds and summary of patient's medical records
